The goal was to build a safe, easy-to-use space inside BBVA that helps families manage their money together, make smarter use of their data, and access the right tools and products at the right time.
Context
I was involved in the early stages of this project, where the goal was to determine which personalization elements made sense, when to use them, and to help set the direction for the future of card personalization.
My role
As a Product Designer, I lead the design of the “Familias” interface and user flows, ensuring consistency with the design system and documenting everything for the engineering team. I work closely with the tech lead, collaborate with research and business teams to maximize impact, and help shape the vision for a future social financial space within the bank.
